Information for Students
Regular and punctual attendance is vital to the success of the student’s education.  Due to the importance of regular attendance, the following guidelines are established.
Parents/guardians are responsible to report to the school on the day of the absence or the day following the absence, stating the reason for the absence.

Student absence will be excused for the following reasons:
   Personal illness
   Doctor or dental appointment
   Death of a family member
   Parent/guardian authorized trip
   Religious holiday

Students are required to make up all absence days. Students will be withdrawn if absent for 5 consecutive days and cannot re-enroll until the beginning of the next quarter.  This will only be allowed once during the school year. Unexcused students’ parents or guardians will be contacted at home or work.
